Details: Tatva and Moksh are the inter-college festivals of SIES Graduate School Of Technology. Tatva is the inter collegiate technical festival organized in the college while Moksh being its Cultural counterpart.

Since its conception in 2004, Tatva has seen a drastic up rise in its graph. Moksh has also grown in leaps and bound in this period. The festivals have seen turn outs in huge numbers over this period and has given a challenge to us to improvise upon it every year.

This year too we promise a fruitful and enchanting experience to every individual participating or enjoying any aspect of the festival.

We believe that in every person in this world is present a talent that can lead the individual to glorious positions. We aim in providing every student a platform to nourish this talent of theirs or to even understand where there niche lies.

The 3 days of the festival shall provide a plethora of events catering to the various tastes of the individual to try out his/her talent in that field. Right from events that are generally played to lighten ones stress vis-à-vis Antakshari, Singing etc… to events that may set your mind boggling over it, like Solutions, Debate, CSI et al,…. you name it and we have the event for you!!! With a whiff of freshness in it, we present TATVA – MOKSH 2010 for not only relieving your stressful lives but also to test out your excellence in any field.

Details: The Maharashtra Institute Of Technology, Pune has a formidable reputation, built over years of excellence. Ours is the No 1 Private engineering college in Maharashtra established in the year 1983. Over the years this college has not only nurtured but also encouraged the all round development of its students. A step further in this direction was taken by hosting one of the biggest technical festivals Intechxication 2010 in Pune.

Technology in today’s world is probably the most rapidly changing entity. What is released today could be rendered outdated by tomorrow. To be competent in a such an environment students must be able to bridge the gap between knowledge and productive activity. It is our mission to enable the student community to do just that.

For ten years now, we have helped in unearthing talent from every part of the state through our project exhibitions. Two years back we prepaired X-Biz-IT a unique case study competition that gave students a taste of what they could expect in the corporate world. Last year we had introduced robotics competitions like line tracing and robo wars. Even our other events such as the programming contest and the paper presentation have challenging formats.


Scheduled on the 17th,19th and 20th of March, the stage is set with 15+ cleverly designed events grilling every facet of engineering. This year a bigger event asks for a bigger platform for reaching out to people far and wide, and reinforcing a brand name which is growing fast and establishing a name for itself in the national scenario.

Details: ACM - Association for Computing Machinery founded in 1947, based in New York - USA, is the oldest body of computer professionals in the world. It has students’ chapters all over the world. The Computer Science and Engineering Students of SNDT Women's' University established a chapter for themselves in 1999. This is the first ACM students’ chapter in Mumbai and has over 200 members.

The Star Event of the Chapter is a two day National level Technical Conference cum Festival. The idea is to hold the conference close to the National Science Day, which is on 28th February. Colleges from all over India are invited to participate in the two day long conference. A host of events are held to put to test the technical skills and overall ability of the participants. During the two days Visionary talks are held by eminent personalities and technocrats.
