Event: Avensis 2010

Organised by: Maharaja Surajamal Institute Of Technology, Delhi

Key dates:
Fest dates: March 16-17 2010
Last date: -

Details: "When you clearly envision the outcome of victory, engrave it upon your heart, and are firmly convinced that you will attain it, your brain makes every effort to realize the mental image you have created. And then, through your unceasing efforts, that victory is finally made a reality.” Dr. Daisaku Ikeda

With a dream to achieve victory through unceasing efforts, a goal to provide a platform for the budding minds of India, to help them prove their stupendous talents and make them realize the vast potential of their minds, started our quest in 2005 to organize “Virus”, The Annual Techno-management fest of Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology and made it to reach the level of being one of the largest techno-management contention of India.

“A pyramid isn't built from the top down. The apex is attained only by laying strong foundation stones, one by one. The same is true of achieving a lofty objective. The crucial thing is to lay the first stone, to take the first step.”

After the voluminous success of Virus 2K9, the baton is passed to fest 2010 with a bigger and a better version of our Science and Technology Festival carrying on with the legacy of 5 years handed over to it.

AVENSIS 2010

It all starts with an idea.. a sudden spark of brilliance . a flash of genius. But you can never tell where an idea will end up. Because an idea can spread, change, grow and may end up affecting the way we live. But no matter how the idea may change our lives, we all will always look back and try to understand how it all began. We admire the humble beginnings of the idea and the fertile minds which gave birth to it. We celebrate those moments of splendor and marvel at the thought processes behind the ideas. We in MSIT firmly believe in the infinite capacity of the human mind. We believe that all we need is that one second of inspiration.
To celebrate this wondrous capacity to think and invent, we play host annually in the second week of March 2010 to some of the most talented and promising students from all over the city. A complete day of frantic competition and illumination is what AVENSIS 2010 is all about.
This year's fest has an ecological edge to it....
”GREENOVATION”

Last year's star events

THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE
